I have a 1996 Champion 191DCX Elite that meets your criteria. Handles big water well, big front deck and a big back deck. I've had it out in 3 footers (I wouldn't call them rollers, though...they were capping) a number of times without issue. Rollers wouldn't be an issue for most boats. As much as a boat's ability to handle waves is about the hull design, equally important is knowing how to drive a boat in those conditions.
