I think a lot of anglers would agree-----ANY boat is great for musky fishing. My first vessel had a 9.9 Evinrude---no trolling motor and no depthfinder-----affectionately dubbed --" the Green Slime"------she won me the men's division for the Chicagoland Muskie Hunters. I was lucky enough to boat 76 fish over 23 weekends---with six at 50" or better-----thank GOD the fish didn't care about the bells and whistles on my rig----or lack thereof. Good luck to ya-----SN
