Good Morning

While it is a bit of a drive, there will be basic and advanced Lowrance presentations at the Cabela's in northern Illinois. The cost is around $30 each. Each class runs about 4 hours and is very informative. These classes with the Dr Sonar CDs will get you ready to use your Lowrance.

The extra power cord is a great way to watch the CDs and have your hands on the Lowrance units. The classes and then my homework with the CDs helped me greatly. I was able to hit the water and use the Lowrance with few problems. While the information contained in the Lowrance manuals, is clear and accurate, it is not the best tool to use when starting to use these units.
