For me, it's the walleye/multispecies boat. More cockpit space for nets, tackleboxes, coolers. Typically plenty of storage for everything else. Able to cut big waves well (though on the 800-15,000 acre lakes I fish a bassboat would probably do ok most days).

Ability to troll. Never trolled from a bass boat but I would guess most of them don't troll very well.

I've fished from a couple bass boats and the deck space and being low to the water IS nice, but for my needs I prefer a multispecies style rig.
