I have the same exact trailer. I had the same exact issue as my garage is 23' deep in the stall where I wanted to put the boat. I discussed my options with a local Ranger dealer and ended up moving the winch assembly forward 3 inches. No issues what so ever with the trailer. My garage is finished off so I cut out the dry wall between the studs where lowered motor would contact the wall. I lower my tongue by turning the tongue wheel all the way down, trim the motor all the way down and turn it completely to the right. The motor housing fits nicely in the space I cut out. Kind of a pain in the butt, but it fits nicely and I have a couple of inches to spare. It will easily fit in your garage!! Good luck.

Mike
