I would bet that WhiteCap or Wave Wackers would be able to make the up for you. Custom fit. Seems to me, WhiteCap has a page on their website that shows how to measure them up. Check it out.

I have Wave Wackers on my Lund, and they fit and work great. Don't really use them for muskie fishing, so I had a storage bag with Velcro closures made for mine.
