They are very different boats. I've fished out of Keyes 1825 and was pretty impressed for an 18 footer. A friend(Todd Hess) runs the 1850 and loves it. It's a bigger deeper boat with jump seats. More family friendly.

PM me if you'd like Todd Hess contact info. He's spent a lot of time in both boats.
