Call me and I can help you troubleshoot it over the phone. Make sure you have 24 vdc 1st thing. 2nd, check to make sure that your male plug is actually making contact with the female receptacle. Could be that the recpt. is worn out. The contacts inside can spread apart so that the male prongs cannot make contact. (all you dirty old men get your minds out of the gutter).
