I would say, that provided you fishing within 20 miles of Oak island then the Lowrance Chip should have the exact same detail that the LakeMaster Lake of the Woods/Rainy chip had. I would say with 90% certainty that would be the best chip you could get for that area. Its such a huge area, I could take some pics of my GPS at some specific locations if you wanted, but it would be a crap shoot on where you wanted to see. Its so huge.
