| I got a chance to see a pre production in action on a crappy windy day. I presently have a Terrova and will be switching to the Xi5 Motorguide. It is faster, quieter turning, anchor mode works better, it has 2 heading compasses in it one on the head and one in the base these work together to track much better. Foot pedal is simliar to the old Pinpoint foot pedal like a cable drive. It will integrate with the Lowrance Gen2. The Stow bracket actually will lock into place and wont deploy in waves (had my terrova deploy the shaft breaks). What else foot pedal is wireless and it operates at a different frequency for better range. | |
