Not sure why Lowrance's website is no longer working, but from the pic that they had, their trandsucer is fixed and doesn't rotate on its own. and Their pdf, handout says "simply by using the trolling motor, the angler has complete control

We really aren't going to get a good idea of how this works until you can see a video of it in action... Even then if its like the 360, its more impressive while using it in person then by looking at pics or videos.

Agreed, it sure sounds like it's fixed (almost has to be) and will be interesting to see how they interface it with a rotating trolling motor.
