Agree here with Shep on this one. If you can find a 60 by all means go with it.
If you have to settle for the 40, it can be done...it just needs to be propped correctly. Definitely will not be a speed demon, and trimming might be a little tougher as the motor just will not have the power to hold the bow up as needed.
I would also consider going with an early 2000 models of 2 stroke engines. They don't burn a huge amount of gas, and you can find a good deal as well. Granted, the older 2 stroke technology is not as nice with fumes, etc. but you cannot beat the power some of the motors had.
