What I meant is my skimmer ducer hangs down aways. If I eyeball both sides of the lss-2 it apoears a small amount of the skimmer ducer will be in the way and possibly get in the way of the side scan. Thank you for the other input


Yeah, wouldn't sweat it too much. Even if it was totally blacked out behind the skimmer, the amount of screen shot that you'd lose would barely be visible; if at all. If you've ever seen LSS on the screen, you'll see that there's a foot or two (depending on what range you're on) of clutter at the surface of the water. The LSS ducer will still see bottom and out to the side just fine.
