Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin		The bottom design and draft coupled with freeboard will determine how the boat drifts. Generally speaking, true V hulls with no sponsons, reverse chines, etc with lots of freeboard will drift faster. Weight doesn't really have as much to do with it as the above.
