I have a Shorelandr roller myself and I have found it much easier to get my boat on the trailer straight if I winch it on by hand instead of driving on. I also quit backing my trailer in so far. I only back it in so the rear step on the fender is just touching the water. I then pull it on straight with a rope and then attach the winch strap and winch it on manually. I just have to make sure I get the keel lined up in the middle of the furthest back middle roller. It takes a while to get your own system that works, but when you do it will get much easier. Good luck!
