I had a 4hp on my old 14 foot monark. This boat wasn't a bare bones boat, casting deck front and rear, full ply wood floor, side console, 40hp main motor, 10 gallon tank and two batteries (group 27 and group 31) bow mount TM. 65 inch beam, A good size 14' boat the 4hp pushed me and my fishing partner 5mph all day long.

I know your fish hawk is bigger and weighs more, but what I was giving something to compare to. If your cool at going 5mph +- I think that's doable with the 5hp.
