| Your livewell pump has a replaceable cartridge. Take it out and see if you have something stuck in it, or if it's just frozen up all this time. Cartridges can be purchased all over. Connectors are on the boat wiring. Can't remember if they come with the cartridge or not.
Do not put commercial ice, or tap water ice in your livewell, Cecil B. The chlorine will kill your suckers for sure. If you have a dehumidifier, use that water, or rain water, or lake water. Don't use tap water unless from your personal well.
