Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin		The material is basically the same, and it's top shelf in either cover. Both 'breath' by your description, and the Smartech is also vented. The Smartech is also a 'semi custom' (look at the selection chart and watch the video) and features a ratchet strap system for a better fit when trailering. Buy what you want, but be accurate in the discussion of the process.
