Subject: Fuel Filter Problem


I would like to change the fuel filter on my 1989 evinrude and can't seem to find it, LOL. I think it may be clogged. I was running full throttle yesterday and it bogged completely down on me a couple times. Once I got it re-started, and ran slow it was fine. Ran full throttle again and it bogged down again after running for about 20 seconds. Seems only to do it when running wide open.

If you know of anything else that may cause this please advise.
