Location: Wisconsin		I'm considering switching my front depth finder (Lowrance) to a humminbird 597ci gps combo. I have a Maxxum 80 with the earlier version (approx. 2005) of Universal Sonar 1. I see plenty of availability for adaptor cables for the newer Universal Sonar 2. Would these cables also work on my older version, or is there a different cable needed for the version 1?

Any help is appreciated.
