Location: Oconto Falls, WI | Jay I have the 115 Yamaha 4-stroke on it. Speed is right around 40mph with just me and gear. New you will be looking at paying a bit more than that Alumacraft if you get similar add ons to what I got. I could have gotten it cheaper if I would have went with a Merc (factory installed) but I have had good luck with Yamaha so stayed with them. The big hitters for add ons on my boat were the two 900 series Humminbird graphs, and the Minn Kota IPilot trolling motor. Those three alone added nearly 5K.
