How does this happen? I've run mine for 4 years without incident. Is this a case were it isn't fully locked in place before you motor off? Not criticizing folks, just want to know what is causing this so I can avoid it happening to me.


I'd like to say I'm perfect and remember verifying the green light was off, but I always pull it back until I hear and feel that audible 'click' indicating full stowage. I just don't know.
