When we built our house we had the contractor push the third stall back an additional 8 feet. The original blueprint called for a stairwell to the basement in this area. We eliminated the stairwell which got us most of this space for free (actually saved us some money by eliminating the stairwell). This left plenty of room to leave the Ranger parked without angling it, as well as room for the indoor part of an indoor/outdoor kennel and also a fish/game cleaning area with a big utility sink. That extra space has been worth its weight in gold.
