I completely agree the single console is better suited for fishing purposes and gives you a lot more room...but I know in my boat my double consoles give me little-to-nothing in terms of keeping wind and rain out of my face when driving. Then there was the bat I almost took in my face last year @50 MPH, but thats another story....basically they look cool and I can store tools and other things behind them. That's about it.So in a choice between double console " shields" and the full windshield I would def. go full if I had the cash
