Marshall, I have a camper trailer and a member of an RV forum. Lots of tire talk there as many of the trailers are quite heavy and folks travel and log serious mileage on their rigs. I can tell you that Maxxis tires get very high reviews there. Marathons did while they were manufactured in Canada and New Zealand but since switching to China have not having some poor reviews. After a good deal of research I narrowed it down to Maxxis and Kumho. I opted for the Kumho because they are speed rated which, to me, was important as I drive 70 to 75MPH when travelling. Most all trailer tires are limited on speed, so that was the deciding factor for me. Make sure that you get a tire with a weight capacity with room to spare, and always run them with the proper air pressure. If I can answer anything else, just give me a shout! Good luck with your search!
