Check ebay. Lots of props there to look into. When you load up with guys and gear, it may pay off to have a prop with lower pitch (like a 10 pitch) so that the motor is operating in an RPM range that creates the best Horsepower and torque to get the boat up and out of the water and moving.
No matter what, when you load up you lose speed, but with the right prop, you can get the boat up and moving, potentially better and faster than your current pitch, just because the motor is at higher RPMs.
Aftermarket props to consider: Solas amita 3. Great prop that is cupped a bit, which, although is aluminum, will flex less and actually act more like a steel prop, without the cost. I believe these will be listed in odd pitches, so an 11 pitch is probably what you would be looking at needing, which could work really well as an overall prop.
With the speed you list, that, I would say is fairly close, but I think you should be able to break 30 mph unless the boat is really heavy or rated much higher than 50hp.
