| It occurred when I only had one powered up as well as when I had both powered up - often times when I powered up the second one, it would cause the other unit to have the issue. To restore default settings, I believe I went to Settings / Systems / Restore Default. They would run fine when I restored to default so I don't think it is a frequency thing. I would not change any settings while using them so effectively they should have always been on factory default settings. I also had issues with the Navionics micro chip sticking in one of them. And while on the topic of Navionics chips, I did not see a significant difference between the Lowrance map that came installed on the unit and the Navionics Lake Pro chip when I inserted it. I do have more research / learning to do with these units and the chip. These were dealer installed so I would think they were set up right but I'm just not sure. | |
