Dap Weldwood contact cement is hands down the best . The trick is THIN layer on both surfaces , no puddles . Let that dry . Then another thin layer on both surfaces and let that get tacky . Put them together and they are done ! Don't rush it , if its still wet it wont hold as well . Thin layers is the key . Try to do it on a nice sunny NON humid day .
