I can see value to running the kicker off its own portable tank then if you had a problem with your main fuel suply your kicker would get you home


Assuming a guy took the time to put fuel in the two tanks from different sources, it would probably be a good deal! It wouldn't do much good if you just filled each tank right from the same fuel pump.
