Based on my experience you won't find a "cheap" one that is waterproof, especially if the fit allows any pooling due to low spots. I wish they made better support systems for creating high spots to prevent that, but poles and such ain't cuttin it or are a pita. I'm currently jerry-rigging some flexible slats to go across in 3 spots to create the dome effect, and will then top it with my cheap cover ($170) I bought 2 yrs ago, and still plan to top that with a good wp poly tarp for extended periods.
