Subject: Ranger 618VS Prop Help

Some questions on props, just keep in mind I know little to nothing about props, so please educate me along the way.

The boat is a Ranger 618vs with an Evinrude Ficht 150 on the back of it. From what I have been reading on other forums this set up should right around 60 mph. Right now with one person full trimmed out and WOT it does 47 mph on gps, and with two people and full of goodies and gas it does about 45 mph. It does get out of the hole very fast though.

The previous owner had somebody do work to the prop he said. It looks like the edges have been ground on.

Hopefully someone can steer me in the right direction!
