I am sure some yamaha guys will chime in. With two strokes you run the risk of fouling plugs Some say that just use fuel cleaner and run it wide open to clean out the system. IF you think you are going to do any extensive trolling you could probably find a nice used 4stroke kicker for under$1500 and save the hours on the main engine.
