Location: NorthCentral WI		Sounds to me like you have the batteries wired in parallel. Verify you have 24v at the plug.

My friend accidentally hooked his batteries back up in parallel and the motor would run but was obviously dogging, then it would beep and automatically shut off after a few minutes. Switched the wires around on the batteries to run in series and no problems.
