Location: Madison, WI		The power drive foot pedal has a slide for the speed control while the v2 has a roller slide. Also the plug for the foot pedal on the power drive is flat while the v2 is a round twist lock. Other than that basically nothing besides the v2 is offered in slightly different poundage
