Location: 31		36" will be plenty long for 3 Downeast rod holders, and the Traxstech should be able to hide most of the old rail holes... you could also install a flush mount Downeast to cover the last set of holes. I'm don't think you can quickly pivot them with that system like with a rail mount though.
