Buff Magic. My body shop supply guy recommended it, and said to sand the gel coat down with 800 grit first, then use a wool pad on the buffer. I haven't done the entire boat yet, but on a section that had a lot of oxidation I was very impressed. I did test section by hand too and no sanding. You can also use Buff Magic on chrome, brass and other metal finishes to really get them to shine.
