I've only owned one modern outboard and only for 4 years, so the prize goes to my late grandfather's 1958 Evinrude 18 1/2HP. Solid metal, purred like a kitten and had 1950s styling. Man I wish I still had that motor. I'd hang it in the garage just to look at it and ennjoy the nostalgia.
