Location: Red Wing, Minnesota		Depending on how you mount your motor of course: If your head rides above your gunnel, the head can slap the gunnel in rough water. It happened to me once on Vermilion. That was a 60" shaft. My new Terrova rides higher off of the gunnel but I still use a RAM mount for that reason.
