Minn Kota once a week sends out to their certified centers a sheet with a listing of available reconditioned units. Working with my local guy, Chuck Brod over the past 6 weeks, he advised me to call him each Monday to see if the one I was looking for (Terrova 101/US--I-Pilot--60") showed up on the list that he gets by email each Monday. Well, lo and behold--called today and snapped one up for $1,200, free shipping with a one year warrenty. The other upside is I'm doing business with a local guy I trust.

If you are in the market, I would suggest this approach.
