I was just looking at the skeeter boat center web page...they have a 2013 mx 1825 with a 200 4 stroke on it.what did the do different on the 2013's ? i have a 2012 if i wanted a 200 i had to get it with a hpdi .

they didn't change anything, the boat is rated for 200hp regardless of type.
that said, they were "guiding" people away from the F200 and towards the HPDI because of weight: 608lbs vs 475lbs. with more testing, they seem more comfortable putting the four-stroke on back. i wonder how much longer the HPDI motors will even be made?
