Location: Northwest Wisconsin		I had the same problem a couple years ago and it was an exposed wire inside the trailer frame. I would replace the fuse and everything would be fine until I started driving and the wire would touch metal and blow the fuse again. I ended up tearing out the wiring on that side and replaced it. It has worked great ever since.
