you can do it on the 621's but i would suggest not doin it the end of the rods can get stuck in the wiring up front and also its a great way to bend and tear eyes off of your rod on the end of the tubes just speaking from experiance.......i would suggest not doing it.


Thanks, I could move the wires and would only cut the tubes on top if I thought it would work. Did you actually do this yourself, or are you just speculating from something you heard?

The rod storage on the front center of these boats is a great idea, but it would sure be a lot easier if they designed it so the rods could go in and out straight rather than having to bend them each time. Obviously longer rod tubes would be better, and not just to hold longer rods because if they were longer then you could offset the reels and get more rods and reels in there. Not only that the reels and line are always banging against each other.
