In case you hadn't noticed, I may have to re-power my Skeeter - it all depends on cost & performance. I've heard some good stuff about new two strokes, any validity? 4 strokes seem a quite a bit heavier, so I assume there will be loss in performance - weight/HP issue. I don't want to sacrifice performance.

The vexing question is should I rebuild the old (1989) 150HP Johnson 2 stroke w/ blown rod or go new? 2 stroke or 4 stroke?
