Location: Elk River, Minnesota | The 14 pitch in a 4 blade would be a little harder to turn than a 3 blade 15, so that makes some sense to me there,
that 4th blade does wonders for some loads, though, and if you are running heavy, especially in the bow, that 4th blade can really make a great difference.
I did PM you back on some other things as well, and I think you've got a few things to tinker with, but overall, I think we can find the issue and you will have a very quick and efficient running rig. That size of boat should have you mid 30's.
