I have an older minnekota powerdrive trolling motor 24 volt 80 lb thrust. It is 8 years old and sometimes when it is having to work hard against waves, kicks off. It does not trip the breaker switch to the battery. I can usually get it going again by plugging it back in or messing with the connnections to the battery. Any idea of a more permanent fix or is this a sing of the apocalyse for the trolling motor and time to get it replaced? WH
