They checked the coils right after the plugs didn't fix it. Also replaced the air injectors. They were about to replace the fuel rail and pump when they decided it was the prop (assume they eliminated the primer ball).

In any case I am getting the message that no one is suggesting this is a normal example of a mismatched prop to load.
