I'm networked via ethernet to structure scan if that makes a difference.
This is on AM and FM?
The Structure Scan transducer works at either 455 or 800 kHz (LSS-1 units) or 800 kHz (LSS-2 units). The normal AM radio frequency band is in kilohertz (kHz), so I can certainly see how you might see a problem there...although it should be filtered. However FM frequencies are in megahertz, so there shouldn't be any significant interference there. But there is a lot of power into that transducer, so I suppose it's possible.
Some things that come to mind immediately:
1) How close is your LSS unit mounted to your radio? (If you can, try moving the two farther apart and see if that makes a difference.)
2) I haven't installed my system yet, but is there a filter that didn't get installed someplace in your installation?
3) Did you install this system yourself, or have it done at a dealer?
4) Has it ever worked correctly at any point?
This information might be helpful to help you work through this issue.
