Location: Maine Township, MN		I mounted my HDS-7 Gen2 ontop of a side console. The stereo is mounted below in the dash. Whenever the HDS is on, the stereo goes to white noise on every station. I've tried moving the antenna for the stereo all over, but it's the kind that's just a 3ft. wire out the back of the stereo.

Would I be better off with a different antenna?

Anyone else run into this?
