Location: Grafton, WI		I've gone through all the troubleshooting - the wires are run from opposite directions, they are on seperate batteries, tried a different transducer (but that didn't give me any interference) & moved the locator up to 3' away.

I had the same wiring with my older US1 and a Lowrance, without any interference.

Just looking to rule out everything - last step, try my Lowrance.
