Location: oswego, il		Pee hole is rear left as you look at it from inside the boat. Impeller is rubber and does wear out. You have to drop the lower unit to replace it. A bad impeller will make it trickle or stream slow or dribble at idle. It does sound like it may be clogged. Try the paper clip in the pee hole, ON THE MOTOR!
